Kavya’s location maternity session took place at the end of the summer. As Scottish weather is 100% unpredictable, you never know what it’s going to be like in a week’s time. Well, you don’t know what it’s going to be like in the next hour! Still, we decided to take the risk and plan ahead. It was just a few weeks before the due date so I had to be very careful with suggesting the location. After a short chat and exchanging ideas, we decided to meet outside of Edinburgh and explore a bit more wild territories.
The evening was glorious that day. The sun was setting, peeking through the branches and creating a warm and magical atmosphere. In the distance we could hear the relaxing sound of a slow river. Kavya and Kiran strolled through the wooden path, falling in love with the bump and each other again and again. Walking barefoot, feeling the evening grass, going into the river, and telling stories about how they met… there was definitely lots of positive energy and laughter.
The evening was coming quickly and the midges became unbearable! We had to find shelter or be eaten alive. We finished with a large collection of very special and relaxed images. It was definitely an unforgettable evening for our location maternity session!
